BOOKING POLICY:
To guarantee the availability of our services, all reservations must be made via our VAGARO online reservation platform. Once the reservation has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We kindly ask you to inform us of any cancellation or modification of your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a $40 cancellation fee to compensate for the time reserved.
REFUND POLICY (Gift-Cards & Packages):
Unfortunately, gift cards and packages are non-refundable. We encourage you to use them within the agreed timeframe to take full advantage of our services.
If you need a receipt for your insurance, we will be happy to provide you with an insurance receipt issued by the RMPQ upon request. Please feel free to ask for one after your session.
